As a truly green company, Green States Energy utilizes an innovative structure that leverages technology to create a company that is highly efficient with a very low carbon footprint. With the exception of staff that are based at a particular project site, our management and staff are almost entirely home-office-based. The hours each day that would be spent commuting are instead spent working. Plus, we aren’t generating carbon emissions from our daily commutes either. We use computer-based tools for collaboration and project management, along with videoconferencing and messaging tools. These techniques enable us to be highly productive and efficient, while minimizing our commuting and airline travel in order to do our part to reduce carbon emissions.
